These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Champei Spa (the “Spa”) and the use of its facilities, including massage, steam, sauna, and relaxation areas, across all Phnom Penh branches.
1. Appointments and Booking
1.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via our online system, phone, or in person. Confirmation constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. 1.2. Arrival Time: Clients are requested to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled treatment time. Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next client. 1.3. Consultation: First-time clients must complete a confidential consultation form prior to treatment, disclosing any health conditions, injuries, or allergies. Champei Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if a condition poses a risk to the client or therapist.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
2.1. Client Cancellation: We require a minimum of [Insert Hours, e.g., 4 hours] notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. 2.2. 3. Health and Safety Policy

Pregnancy: Certain treatments, including the use of steam and sauna facilities, are restricted during pregnancy. Please advise us so we can recommend safe alternatives. 3.3. Treatment Area: Champei Spa reserves the right to stop any treatment immediately if a client is feeling unwell or behaves in an inappropriate manner. 3.4. Steam and Sauna: Use of the steam room, sauna, and hot/cold pools is at the client’s own risk. Clients must adhere to the posted guidelines and time limits. 4. Personal Property and Valuables
4.1. Valuables: Clients are advised to leave valuables at home. Lockers are provided; however, Champei Spa accepts no responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of personal property within the premises.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Respectful Environment: We maintain a professional, tranquil, and respectful environment. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, language, or request towards staff will result in the immediate termination of the service without refund. 5.2. Mobile Devices: To maintain tranquility, clients are asked to switch all mobile phones and electronic devices to silent mode or turn them off while inside the Spa.
6. Gift Vouchers and Promotions
6.1. Voucher Validity: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed by the expiry date stated on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. 6.2. Promotions: Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Loss and Injury: By booking a service, the client agrees that Champei Spa and its employees shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring on the premises, except where such injury or loss is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Spa.
